These aren't just sex offenders. They are ALL (except one) convicted of pedophile acts. What kind of weird pedo halfway house is this? (btw Orlando represent!)
It's not even a 5 minute walk if you hop the small fence in the back. You can see the building from the corner of Hudson and Rosette, and the three guys living on Rosette all live in the house closest to that corner(5921 ROSETTE ST). That said, the most important question that needs to be answered is, can we confirm that there are children that that stay at this One Hope location?
Ok - I did some research to try and determine if the One Hope location is zoned to allow residence. The building is the Legacy Pointe Office building with several different companies having suites in the building, so it's doesn't look like somewhere where they would house children, but as you can see by the zoning code AC-1 below, it does technically allow for residential zoning. I'm not exactly sure what to make of it, but...
Here is what "AC-1" means:
https://www.municode.com/library/fl/orlando/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=TITIICICO_CH58ZODIUS_PT2DIRE_2OACCEDI
"AC-1 Community Activity Center District. The AC-1 district is intended to provide for concentrated areas of community-serving commercial, office, residential, recreational and cultural facilities, at higher intensities than in surrounding neighborhoods. Although some Community Activity Centers may be composed of a single type of use, a mixture of land uses is specifically encouraged. These activity centers are intended for locations where a combination of arterials and four lane collectors and mass transit service are available, providing access to other activity centers and surrounding neighborhoods."
At the very least it is very unfortunate that kids who have been sexually abused are coming to this location to get help and they're so close to a whole neighborhood of convicted child abusers.

Interestingly, this office building is also home to Devereux Family Counseling Center, where they specifically help children who have been sexually abused: http://www.devereux.org/site/PageServer?pagename=fl_family_counseling
