A man was arrested in Dallas Fort Worth area, due to CP on his computer--including photos and videos of his neighbor's daughters and for multiple counts of child abuse.
The pictures and videos show tormented and blindfolded little girls, one suspended upside down from a white rope ( a similar device was found in perps dining room.)
The perp "promised to disappear" if the police were not called, but then when the police came he confessed to his crimes, and was arrested, the news reported.
My questions are: could this be related to the ultra rich underground city nearby? why did the perp confidently confess to police immediately without fear of reprisal? is he protected? is it part of a larger operation? will he be actually tried or will the case just disappear?
One red flag is that he did not seem to be worried about hiding his activities, since he lent the teenage boy next door his computer and the boy found nude pictures of his own little sister on it as soon as he turned it on.
Also, instead of calling the police right off, the mother tested the neighbor to come over and discuss it for a while. One of the victims texted police who came while the guy was there. Was the money involved? Was the mother expecting a payout?

A wealthy community which has recently (2016) advertised for a complete $300 million underground community called Trident Lakes is nearby, (trident, as in devil's trident) which includes tunnels between various parts. It is marketed as a "doomsday" shelter for the elite--which certainly includes politicians-- of the Dallas/ Fort Worth area.

From the FAQs: "Is Trident Lakes kid friendly? Of course. It's a family oriented community complete with kids play areas and a learning center."
Trident says they will have an added measure of protection (in addition to law enforcement) from their own "paid police/security force".

That project looks really strange, but it doesn't open for another year according to the website.

Yeah, they say that, but they already have a thousand plus "waiting list"--and that some areas, above ground, are open to the public. It's like the Scientology underground camp--they are not going to tell the truth about it.
