Why do you think this has something to do with pizzagate? This guy is not advertising for kids. And yes this happens all the time on craigslist.
And you do understand he meant one of these, right?

I think it's likely that the Subway+Pizza sentence is to prove that the poster is really a local resident, and not a bot.
