I found this youtube video of a girl referencing that movie Lolita. It seems that there is a community of these "DDLG". Which literally means Daddy/little girl relationships (1). It seems like a socially accepted culture in which a "little girl" lives with a very older man and they engage in sexual relationships. This is because in some places in Europue the sex age is around 14. The girl doesnt specify on the age of her "daddy" (2). Although he looks very old as you can see here (3).I find the wierdest part about it to be the comments from people who also engage in this culture it seems to be very prevalent in Europue.

What do you guys think? Am I looking too far into it?
