April 2nd is the anniversary of Judge Jan Jurden letting a convicted child molester go free because "he wouldn't fair well" in prison. For those that missed this story while worrying about chemtrails, ridiculous global conspiracies and the earth being flat, here's what you missed.
In 2009, he entered a guilty plea and was convicted of raping his 3-year-old daughter, after the girl reported the abuse to her grandmother. Instead of serving out his eight-year prison sentence, the sentencing order signed by Delaware Superior Court Judge Jan R. Jurden said that the "defendant will not fare well" in prison and thus the eight-year sentence was suspended. Delaware Public Defender Brendan J. O'Neill expressed surprise that Jurden would use such a rationale to avoid sending Richards to prison.
He also raped his son. He's currently living a lovely billionaire life, taping kids on a regular basis I would assume. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trial_and_sentencing_of_Robert_H._Richards_IV
Ive tweet many times about this but it never gains much traction. April 2nd is the anniversary of her decision unless I'm reading things wrong. Would be nice if you guys could come back to reality long enough to make some noise.
I guess we'll see.

He's part of the DuPont Family Clan and gets special treatment because they are special and deserve special treatment. . I remember hearing the judge's decision and couldn't believe my ears. God knows how many more innocent children have been abused by that monster. I am very glad you brought this up and it absolutely deserves attention!
