I think it's the only place left now. Foreign nations are no longer "contributing" to the CF because Hillary lost which means she's got nothing to sell anymore. Can't sell any govt' secrets or positions, grant any favors, mining rights, etc.
Ding ding ding, I just had no idea that it was or could operate as a domestic entity. Might it be possible to now track their "progress" better as a charitable organization?

"Houses built" for example. It's hard to keep track in far away places.
