You have to remember the case against them has to be airtight otherwise trying them in court could backfire. They're taking their time is a good thing.
The only question I have is when are they going to tackle 9/11. I know for me once I saw the evidence against Hillary and Co and was convinced of her guilt my first thought after that was:
"Oh shit. If she lied her ass off during the campaign then what else did she lie about."
The truth about 9/11 has to come out. It can't be contained anymore.
