This looks like an exhibit of “art” created by mental institution patients!
There are strong indications that that kind of modern "art" was initialized by the CIA (like feminism [Gloria Steinem] or just like the Frankfurt School received huge support after the war, after Hitler in Germany had these sickos expelled).
