the next questions needs to be what are these kids being used for? Sold for adoptions to funnel money to the CIA? To be abused? For their organs?

They are being "adopted" to those who use them so to speak. That is my impression.
I feel the "special" ones are adopted but I feel very deeply that many are sacrificed or killed for organs. It's too much of a liability to keep tons of abused girls and boys alive.
