While they do have somewhat of a resemblance, their facial features and body types are way too different! Alex is not bill, however it is odd how Alex sometimes act like bill did during his comedy shows. Knowing how bill was an outspoken libertarian and Alex is likely a fraud and phony libertarian, it seems more plausible that Alex the actor studied and copied bills mannerisms and behaviors.
