Shared on FB. Not sure if he's even in America, but someone needs to take that gun and hold it against his head and pull the trigger, what kind of father would do this to his child? Even if it is a joke, if he has other children, what's to say they won't mimick him? What is he teaching his children? And it's not photoshopped. I looked at it carefully. I'm an artist that uses photoshop 8 hours a day. It's not photoshopped.
What irritates me is that this guy will be investigated; no doubt in my mind, as have others who've posted similar pictures. One that comes to mind more recently is a FB post of a woman who posted a picture of her toddler taped to the wall. So why is it that these people are investigated and charges filed in most cases, yet Alefantis can post a similar picture (little girl taped to the table) and not even a whimper from law enforcement?
Considering Pizzagate involves MK, and MK involves trauma conditioning, I would say that this certainly falls within the scope. Honestly, I don't see any difference between what's in this pic and a guy with a mop yelling, "What's my name?"

"Someone of y'all acting like if the photo ain't real it makes it ok."
'Whether the gun is fake or no bullets are in the gun, this is still in bad taste!'
'I mean what reason would you have to pose in this type of picture?'
' Quit yelling out "That ain't a real gun" like it's supposed to make it ok.... '
