L'enfant was also the name of the architect who designed DC, was a master mason, and brought in personally from France by Washington (George)...it is a strange tail on its own...further JA like to call all his companies L'enfant...just to much serendipity, history, and smoke for JA not to be deeply (blood) related to all of this...
