How good is she at determining if the girl is telling the truth when the girl herself is conflicted over "what is truth and what is reality", as we heard the girl admit. Remember these lies are all this girl has know, HER WHOLE TWISTED LIFE. I would imagine she would go in and out of feeling like she's speaking the truth and feeling like she must be lying.
