This black lab behind a lot of shite. A lot of it seems to do with Psychology and Psyche. Brain related. They're located at Walnut Street.
When you consider that they're so powerful and have their claws in so many places, it's absolutely not out of this world that they "tandem-design" desired street names for their buildings / locations. This might well be such setup.
