I am a woman, so Facebook keeps promoting this company to me. It's also probably because I've been searching Google for other birth control methods since I'm having some issues with my current pill.
The company is from Sweden and is pushing for women to use an app that helps with measuring their Basal temperature, which helps the woman to know if she is ovulating or not. In theory, this is an extremely effective method. However, many women become pregnant during this because sperm lives inside for too long prior to ovulation or they aren't paying attention.
It's irresponsible to think that every woman who uses this would be as responsible as someone taking a pill every day. This takes a conscious effort to not have sex when your body is biologically telling you to get that D. I know. I've had to run to get Plan B before because of urges when in between contraception methods. Thankfully I have never been pregnant.
The reason I bring this up is that we know there are ties to Europe pushing for organ harvesting, trafficking, etc (right?). This method with tons of likely irresponsible women would produce tons of unwanted pregnancies that are aborted (organ harvesting?) or put up for adoption (foster care abuse/trafficking).
Does anyone see any ties with this company or others related to promoting the rhythm cycle method?

Ok.
Basal can be effective birth control, esp when combined with the pill; avoiding sex when ovulating.
Abortion is a terrible way to harvest organs. The surgical method doesn't remove things in one chunk. The size of the fetus during the first trimester is too small, like the size of a bean. The further along in the pregnancy, the less willing doctors are to perform abortions due to the increased blood flow to the uterus.
If they want to harvest organs, they are better off pushing the adoption angle. That way they have legal custody of the infant and it's socially acceptable, whereas abortion carries a stigma, especially among those who've never had one. If people are harvesting organs, they wouldn't want a method that'd garner media attention like abortion does.

The abortion thing appeals largely to religious ideals that a lot of goats here have.
If we abandon the religious ideology for a second, we can easily understand that abortion isn't at all a conceited practice. Instead, it's an efficient and pragmatic solution to a lingering inconvenience brought on by biological demand.
But, I'm not here to argue about people's views on abortion.
Frankly, this guy makes a great point and I never understood why abortion was brought in to this at all.

However abortion is not completely safe and risk free. It can. Abuse a host of problems for a woman but PP doesn't advertise that. Once again prevention is the best option even if that means not getting screwed each and every time you possibly can!

Have you gotten an abortion from PP?

I would never have an abortion. I unfortunately know people who have and it was terrible for them.
