I don't know if this has been posted before, but after seeing the posts about Mary Podesta (the brother's mom) I started to look into her a bit more and came across this article: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/03/11/AR2007031101494.html It's from the Washington Post and talks about how great a cook she was in the D.C. area...like REALLY good...I mean, to me it's creepy how obsessed these people are with cooking and food and their related "events". Of course, this could all just be about literal cooking, but if you read it in "pizzacode" it's bizarre.

You've never met anyone from a culture with good food, have you? No Italians, no Greeks, no Chinese, no Cajuns or French? This not creepy whatsoever.
I know someone who just went on a family vacation to the Pacific Northwest. Instead of exploring Vancouver, they spent a large part of time in a suburb south of Vancouver because it has some of the best Chinese food in North America. Odd? Yes. Creeps? No. Very sweet people. She's crazy thin too.

Totally agree. Some people just have no culture, or aren't exposed to many foreign cultures, especially americans. Those aspects of American culture have been long worn down. Nothing suspicious about food, or having it as the center piece for the family unit. Seems the forum is grasping at straws lately.
