This will only work on dimwits. Of which, admittedly, there are a lot. And please, Alefantis is a pure Greek last name and he has many relatives with that name. It doesn't sound or look like the French for I love children anymore than it sounds like I love elephants.

I think what he meant to say was that 'James Alefantis' is an anagram of 'J'aime les enfants', not a direct translation as you correctly point out.
