Other powerful restauranteur in DC (pizzagate)

So I was looking through the 50 most powerful people in DC list that Alefantis is on and I found something interesting.

So he clocks in at 49 but there's another restauranteur on the list at 41. José Andrés.

Do you guys think we should look into him? If the numbers are to be believed, he's more important.
