Something creeping me out (pizzagate)

Not sure if this goes in this subform or in Pizziagate whatever? Only recently have joined the fight against all this evil shit, I live in Orlando and noticed something really creepy. A ton of sexual offenders live on the same street and close to each other. Is this normal? A podcast I listen to did a story on this recently (npr? 99 percent invisible?). Mostly offenders aren't welcome anywhere, so they wind up in the few places that don't turn them away. One part was possibly intentionally funny: "There's a place we spend the night, usually in tents. Joe here pitches a tent there every night."
