Apparently YouTube never has Alex Jones on their trending list. It's still about halfway down the front page as of this submission.

Does the establishment want his video to be viewed, perhaps?

We've seen no proof that he's suing, Alex never showed us the paperwork nor has he explicitly said he was being sued. He insinuated it and people took the ball from there.
