Apparently YouTube never has Alex Jones on their trending list. It's still about halfway down the front page as of this submission.

Does the establishment want his video to be viewed, perhaps?

The reason Alex Jones is dropping this is because he doesn't want to be subpoenaed and go to court and it be revealed that he is Bill Hicks.
