This is America. It's called free speech. Political Speech, and this could be classed as political speech because it regards the Clinton Campaign and Podesta, is afforded the highest level of protection of any type of speech under U.S. law.
Political Speech has extra protection. And Alephantis is a public person - so the standards for what is libel are much higher than what they would be for a private person.
