As a term, controlled opposition is a ridiculous thing. It perhaps exists, somewhere, but it's applied to anyone and everyone in the alternative media with reckless abandon. Jones has a 22 year history of ferociously fighting corruption, and there is no benefit whatsoever to the PTB from having him savage them in public day in and day out, so the idea he's controlled opposition is just silly.
Jones has earned the right to know when to back off in order to be able to continue operations relatively unimpeded. I say relatively because he's already under attack from multiple positions. In fact, Infowars was named in a Senate hearing just the other day. Further, you're dreaming if you think people would line up to heap money on him for a legal defense of the kind necessary to combat Alefantis. The rally at Lafayette could barely muster $10 000. Let me say this once again, Jones has done fabulous reporting on the PTB, for 22 years, and has earned the right to pick and choose his battles. He rarely relinquishes, so I'm giving him a pass on this one issue so he can continue to work on the many others.
You seriously need to adjust your bullshit radar, it's blowing way off! You have to understand that we're up against a ruthless, ancient and monolithic conspiracy to control the whole of mankind and the facts you have stated could so easily be choreographed by those in control. It's time to step away from the shiny Buddha who feigns amity. Sorry to be so patronising but I'd rather not waste your time and mine in sugar coating it.
The problem with people like you is that you fall prey to the subterfuge of the very ones you allude to, who are delighted to see essentially good people devouring each other. Jones has his faults, as everyone does, but playing for the other side is not remotely one of them. My radar tells me you’re misinformed in believing you hate the PTB any more than Jones does.
