As someone whose followed Jones for a long time, I'd like to make an observation. To those who are annoyed by this turn of events, keep this in mind. If given the opportunity, Jones would tear the extremities off of any pedophile, not metaphorically but literally, with bare hands. Of this I am certain. Nonetheless, Jones also believes he has a greater mission in combating many evils of the day, including PG, and that mission cannot be completed if Infowars is sued into oblivion. His apology is a tactical move, one that no doubt stings, a lot, but a tactical move nonetheless, for the long term game plan.
Defending him after what? You mean spending 22 years on air savaging evildoers day in and day out, but stepping back for perhaps the first and last time in order to keep operating without interruption, to be able to fight another day? Yes, I am defending his right to exculpate himself from a defamation suit once at this critical time. I can`t believe how simple some people think this war is for those who actually have an operation to run. Get off your sofa and start your own national alternative news platform if you’re so dissatisfied, and then report back after two decades of dedicated work.
