The way he described it seemed straight out of Pizzagate.

This gives me the feeling that this episode was done at this time to prep people for the massive shock the people will go through when Pizzagate is finally exposed.

You guys think Dr Phil recieved some sort of notice to make this episode?

I actually watched the damned show in it's entirety off YouTube. Surprised the anti-capitalist have not attacked this entertainer for making a profit from the horror of human trafficking with no age limit.
