The way he described it seemed straight out of Pizzagate.

This gives me the feeling that this episode was done at this time to prep people for the massive shock the people will go through when Pizzagate is finally exposed.

You guys think Dr Phil recieved some sort of notice to make this episode?

This episode would be a great arsenal in the meme warfare on March 25. Dr Phil is massive. All Oprah fans follow Phil. If you reach Dr.Phil audience you reach Oprah audience - which means all of America.
