Yeah I tried watching it as well, sound cuts out about every 4 seconds and is hard to watch and understand. I wonder if that is on purpose.

It glitched on you tube every feed I tried...very frustrating.
Damn, anyone hosting it on anything other than youtube?
I don't know much about it but Periscope was too. I think that the buffering was coming from the Wikileaks end as EVERYONE was complaining about the sound.
They better have a re-upload
I know I tried to stick around and listen but it was literally every other sentence glitching out. Soooo annoying!
Yeah I had to leave because I couldn't understand shit that was being said. Super bummer.
