The FBI and all organizations consist of individuals - some or many, especially those at the top, may well be corrupt. It by no means suggests that all people in these organizations are - that would be stupid and perpetuating that idea is shilling.
It's probably very difficult for normies to accept the depravity of the grand conspiracy. This a good start at planting seeds of doubt in some people so that they consider the possibility that the elite are capable of this kind of horror.
