There is no subtlety about it; the restaurant is called "The Cannibal Club".
On their index page it says, "Our exclusive clientele includes noted filmmakers, intellectuals, and celebrities who have embraced Enlightenment ideals if of free expression and rationalism."
Elsewhere, under FAQ, it says it, "tastes most like pork".
Please note that the Illuminati was founded in 1776 by Adam Weishaupt. Are these the "Enlightenment ideals" they speak of?
Interesting website, but no hard info on where they get their "human meat" of course, although one of the featured staff has the "daunting task of procuring our specialty meats". They indicate that much of their human meat is "bequeathed to them", but then on another page they insist the meat is very young.
Here is the link to their web index page:

If you would prefer not go there (and I wouldn't blame you), you can scroll through the whole thing embedded on this blog:

How the fuck is that place allowed to be open? I mean if they are serving human meat I imagine they're not serving an old , sick person that has been embalmed. If they are legally getting bodies from a morgue shouldn't their be documentation? And can a morgue even give or sell their bodies? Ugh! This is just so gross and I can't even wrap my mind around it.

Mock cannibalism and other stupid shit to make people who have way too much money feel edgy and avant-garde.A wannabe artsy con for Hollywood elite.
