Sorry, but you do NOT have the "normal" constitutional protections in Family Court.
Your children are PROPERTY OF THE STATE. The Certificate of Ownership is the birth certificate.

Actually, it doesn't matter to them if you have a birth certificate or not. This baby was stolen out of the hospital without a birth certificate.

That must be a recent development.
I personally know someone who had an ongoing "fight" with CPS. He had four children. They took the three that had BCs and left the other one -- whose birth was only written in the family bible -- with the family.
