Does this video info implicate J.Comey directly to pizzagate? (pizzagate)

Just listened to this video by The Doctor of Common Sense - If it is TRUE it is SHOCKING. I am a bit shaken adding this. But if it is true it would explain a lot. I found the part where Comey supposedly grabbed Charles by the ears as he squealed quite funny.
