It reads like a crazy diary but though rambling it seems kinda pulled together in the end.

Nothing about the mace or tear gas he supposedly had, or laptop, no explanation of the White House trespass, bizarre. Scant details on the original evil friends and family members, possibly because all that makes no sense and he experienced it while raving, a year ago...
But very easily could be "false flag" or simply a garden variety crazy kid trying to rationalize his first psychotic break. Reported details also may be laced with disinformation and, um, plain old BS.

False Flag Alert. This reminds me too much of the Comet Ping Pong "shooter" who came all the way from North Carolina to "investigate."
