I've been reading the Law of One lately. Service to self is no "worse" than service to others, in the grand scheme of things where all is one. As we pride ourselves on being a few steps ahead, let us not fall into rigid thinking. If all the ritual magic weirdness is true, we still have a lot to learn.
Yes, I have heard that--that there is nothing intrinsically 'good' or 'bad'; it's all about the duality of the physical world. But, if service to self is no 'worse' than service to others, why don't we all just give up and serve ourselves? I know why I don't, but that's the choice I make.
