Well. When I said "I believe its a learned thing (training your mind) and an evolutionary developed level" I am referring to reincarnation. See. I told you it turns people away.. Anyways. I never believed in it but I do now after several yrs of reading and observing people. I've noticed that some people.. Adult people, are really not so smart. I don't only just mean book smart. I mean also that they, as I say. "They don't even know that they don't know" They don't even have the initiative to want to progress in learning. To me, Our entire lives from start to finish is a learning process. Even to our last day. This concept of them not having the initiative is hard to explain. Its not a lazy thing or stupidity. Its like they're cavemen level. You just cant get them to understand no matter what because they are simply not evolved. Its like trying to tell a 3 yr old Einsteins theory of relativity. They simply wont get it no matter how hard you try. So this idea of reincarnation implies that people are at different levels or abilities of comprehension. I feel that when we die. Our bodies die but whatever it is that animates our material bodies, A spirit so to speak but not as the bible depicts a spirit, comes back to a new body or personality and we keep doing that as a process to achieve complete knowledge. I told you its out there. Its why I usually keep it to myself. There is a man named Edgar Cayce and David Wilcock who are believed to be from the same spirit so to speak. I don't follow or study either of them but I did run across them both in my studies but I found them to be a bit left of center. Edgar Cayce, who was known for doing predictions and telepathic medical healing, which as I stated, I don't follow their ideas, He died in 1945. As I do.. I have tested it myself. This method is well known in the intelligence groups in the government and the new world order groups and they use it extensively.
