It would have to be a horrible incident of child rape before I could vote for death if I was a juror. The most flagrant leniency in pedophile cases that I've seen is due to the bastard not having to stand trial and they let the judge decide on the punishment. We might have to take the judge decides option out of their playbook. Many if not most of them are pedophiles. I've already made my case that Ginsburg was selected to scotus because she wanted to normalize pedophiles. They go right to the top.

In addition, even if the current SCOTUS were not pro-pedo, it would be unconstitutional to treat peodphile cases different from all other criminal cases. So, that is not going to happen.
