EDIT: I think this is a deeper rabbit hole than I realized.
Ralph Shortey merely endorsed Trump in Oklahoma. I don't see anywhere that he was his "campaign chair." Dan Keating and Bob Mills were the Oklahoma Campaign Chairs. It's hard to find anything though with the 100s of articles already all over google...in fact, the only place I see that definitively lists information about Shortey being a campaign chair is from Wikiepedia but the relevant section about him being campaign chair was added today by a user who no longer exists.
