The music video director was a cinematographer on a Madonna documentary about AIDS orphans in Malawi, which also featured Bill Clinton. Documentary is called "I am because we are" and he mentions it from that same Twitter account. Confirmed his credit on Wikipedia. Note the user that found this info did not want his username posted.
Give me your thoughts. Did we just find a huge lead?

Malawi, Madonna's Charities are one big scam! I dug deep into this subject and its taking place @ the Queen Elizabeth hospital. I believe they're infecting people with different vacicinations. Rosey O'donnell may also be in on it.
