I have researched this a little. Daniel Pye is likely not connected with Laura Silsby. Neither is he a a sex trafficker. He's just your run of the mill pedophile pervert that goes to foreign third world countries to get away with his crime. Its called sex tourism. Him and his wife went to Haiti to be missionaries for an orphanage called "Haitian Children's Home" where the eventually lost their funding and affiliation. The orphanage was in Jacmel, 3 hours away from Kenscoff, where Silsby took her orphans from, and not associated with Friends of the Orphans/Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos/nos petit freres et soeurs.

I don't think Pye is likely involved in criminal conspiracy involving trafficking or organ harvesting, though he has lived in arkansas, about 2hrs from Mena Arkansas, so I still wouldn't completely drop the lead.
