I know Dr. D. Corydon Hammond personally -- he's a clinical psychologist on staff at U of U Medical Center. He became well known for his research, clinical experience, and his landmark "Greenbaum" lecture at a medical conference in Washington DC in 1992, but to my knowledge is no longer treating victims of SRA. It's a shame, because he's definitely an expert in this field.
