Our Schools our becoming infested with these perverted rapists. I don't have proof, but would not be surprised if they have been inserted to continue creating more pedophiles. Remember there are good teachers still in school, but with less money and less teachers things are stretched to the limit and they are busy as heck. I believe when their guard and the guard of the parent helpers are down due to fatigue, the others get away with their disgusting heinous acts. Parents are busy working too, and pay less attention. This is a big problem, imo.
