A lead in the meaning of "pizza" (pizzagate)

In Slavic-based language, the word "pizda" means "cunt" https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/pizda

We know that DynCorp trafficked women and children through the eastern bloc; it seems logical to me that Americans would bastardize local vernacular into something that represents two things those contractors like and use it to cover their illegal doings.

I saw some twitter action a few months ago. Someone had tweeted a pic of Obozos friendship bracket with the pizza slice on it. (Gift from Biden, here it is http://archive.is/iEWUp ). A user chipped I'm something like ~ "I'm a paedophile satanist and it's not a pizza slice". I don't know why but I got the feeling he was legit and that made me wonder what 'it' could be. My best guess was it's a reference to the Triangular Book of St Germain, which is worth a quick net search if you follow the occult links here, but just a guess
