Cops don't decide on sentencing. He was arrested, prosecuted, and convicted. The problem is the sentencing. We need to look into any judge that gives a child rapist a three-year sentence. The judge in this case was Acting Bronx Supreme Court Justice Lester B. Adler.

I'm not sure why you're blaming the police force on this one. The NYPD seems to have acted appropriately from start to finish. The article reported, "He was taken in after the victim's mother went into his work and told officers at the Midtown North Precinct that Krull had raped her daughter multiple times" and "He was suspended without pay immediately after his arrest, and within days it was announced that he had been terminated following an investigation undertaken by the internal affairs bureau."

You do know that this guy could of gotten more than 3 years. Come on. 3 years maybe he'll get a year max and then probation with counseling.

Possibly connections with his Superiors or Judges that have been put in place to sympathize with pedophilia. This is what it will take. Getting rid of the judges. So yes, people. Pay attention when you vote. You can vote for your judges. Do your work and research them. You can find out how they sentenced these kind of cases. That is where WE can make a difference.
