I have a concern regarding this community and the PizzaGate investigation in general.
I don't want children to suffer and I believe that there is a massive global child-trafficking ring protected by elites. This kind of thing needs to stop and this is why I began following this community along with others on other social media platforms, to learn about new evidence and to hopefully see this thing come to light.
But a few months in and I'm already seeing this community in particular fall to shit. Recently there have been some posts and comments regarding the subject of cartoons, I was hoping this was just a minor sect of the main investigation, however I saw this post recently and I simply decided that I had to fucking write this up. I know that a lot of people still consume mainstream media like its the objective source of all that is true (when it is far from it), but come the fuck on, people aren't that fucking stupid. The recent influx of people making issue of entertainment being used to promote pedophilia is just fucking sad and I think that it could be one or more of these reasons I (and others) are seeing them pop up lately.
- Shills are pretending to be part of the investigation and community in order to make issue of cartoons like Family Guy in order to further discredit and harm the reputation of the PizzaGate investigation. If someone wants to look into PizzaGate for themselves and the first thing they see is this community doing nothing but yelling at Family Guy and other shows that they like, that person is going to think were all fucking stupid.
- Some people actually think that shows and cartoons are secretly promoting pedophilia by referencing the topic in any way shape or form. In my opinion, these people need to fucking go, they are not helping anyone and are wasting time and effort in addition to making complete asses of themselves. If they aren't going to contribute in a meaningful way involving real events in REAL LIFE, then they can just fuck off.
- Some people are exploiting PizzaGate so they can discredit shows that they don't like (highly unlikely but not outside of the realm of possibility).
Cartoons and shows aren't going to normalize pedophilia. I have watched Family Guy my whole life and I laugh because I find it entertaining as millions of others do, even those moments with Stewie and Herbert the Pervert despite them the themes associated with them representing something that would otherwise be looked down upon with disgust in real life. You know why I laughed? Other than the fact that I personally find the show funny? BECAUSE IT ISN'T FUCKING REAL! IT ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE A MIRROR OF REALITY, THE WORLD DESPITE WHAT YOU FAGGOTS SEEM TO THINK IS NOT MADE UP OF CHILDREN THAT ARE EASILY INFLUENCED BY THIS KIND OF THING!
If you shift your primary focus (or any focus at all for that matter) of the investigation onto cartoons and shows that are mostly satirical, then you've essentially become just like the third-wave feminists that want to control the video game industry because of sexism (Anita Sarkeesian) and the religious right-wing that wanted to control it for the reasons of violence (Jack Thompson), AKA you've began to attack people and content creators because of your feelings with absolutely no basis to back up your general claims that cartoons that "promote" pedophilia cause people to accept it as normal.
I don't want PizzaGate to turn into a pointless shitstorm where people point out pedo jokes on TV or a "war on pedophilia" where we all resort to full blown autism and start name calling as the neocons and neolibs have been doing for so long now. As we all know, that kind of mentality never works.
All I am asking is that we lay off the cartoons, the comedy and TV in general a bit because so far I've seen no meaningful advancement in the investigation come from investigations of TV shows and cartoons.

@Mankademian, could you look over the submission guidelines for v/pizzagate and add some links to examples of the things you are referencing? You've only got one link here, which really doesn't make this a research post that satisfies the submission requirements. We have another sub for meta discussions -- v/pizzagatemods -- but you could easily turn this into a research post that can be left up here. Linking to a family guy episode (timestamped) would be especially helpful. Thanks.

Is there a way to move a post to a different sub without resubmitting? I guess v/pizzagatemods is a better place to submit this.

You can click the "source" button and copy the text, then delete the post. Go to the new sub, create a new post and paste it in. Individual comments can be pasted the same way. Unfortunately, there is no way to move a post.
