For those that believe in the illuminati connection, Canada is a below the radar perfect base of operations. The 3 major cities: Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver are a stronghold of money (old and new) and has its share of bloodlines. With strong ties to the UK, a powerful banking system, and an extremely covert / underestimated military (our special forces are extremely capable and never considered a threat by anyone) Canada is a perfect place to hide and train. In WWII the very first Spy School "Camp X" was founded in Whitby (30 mins outside Toronto). There was also "Camp 30" in Bowmanville (1hr outside Toronto) which housed very high-ranking Nazi officers - some who stayed in Canada after the war. There is also a sophisticated telecommunications network, broadcasting network, and underground base network. CFB North Bay, Canada's NORAD, was a major operation during the Cold War and can house over 400 people completely sealed off from the outside world for many weeks. For those of you who know who "The Ruiner" is, one of the parents "Cassandra" lived just outside of Barrie. Ruiner had some training in an underground complex near Port Perry. There is definitely more than meets the eye.
