Did OP perhaps get "triggered" by seeing the word pizza? Sometimes pizza is actually pizza. It seems this email wasn't probably one of those times.
So they would just seamlessly, willy-nilly, transition between talking about pizza to mean young girls and to mean regular pizza, with no context or indication they're switching meanings?
