I suppose, if the judge was really creative, there are many pretty harsh punishments that could be imposed that don't see him in prison but make his life a really unpleasant one to live. Hell, with the way so many in Hollywood laud this dirtbag...just having him stand up and admit he's guilty would go a long way to shaming them and shutting them the hell up!
