I'm willing to keep an open mind, but for me the more likely outcome was that it's a tragic accident in a car known for it's vicious handling- and on a tyre compound that was 'of it's time'. The handling of the CGT improves no end by putting it on modern tyres. Lots of suspicion surrounding it all though so I'm not writing it off in my mind.

Well isn't his young daughter suing Porsche? They seemingly have the resources to get to the bottom of it and with this new Vault7 stuff it will be interesting to see if it comes up in trial. if there is one..

I believe she has tried, along with his father I think I just read. It's still an ongoing process for what I can see. I have to say it's a bit unsavoury for them to do that, and if they succeed then it will set a new precedent whereby anyone can sue a car company for crashing one of their cars..even if the crash was the driver's fault.

Yep, I hope we get some answers, but I'm afraid my view is that it's either a shameless money grab or the family is so beside themselves with grief that they're trying to shift the blame from Paul Walker and the driver to the manufacturer.
