I think this is awfully shady. Somehow the funding comes through on the premise to focus on a single lead. Oh how nicely that removes the Podesta's from the target. Where did this cash "award" come from in order to re-ignite the effort. Maybe it is just enough time and resource to develop a patsy that removes the limelight from Podestas and Weiner. Remember they police already said they could not pursue because of international treaties, etc. which really implied that the perpetrators were from over seas. This new effort sounds like a false positive if you ask me. Most of the previous evidence suggested they already knew who it was, and come on what about the police sketches, and the overlap of time that the Podestas were in Portugal. Its not rocket science.
