The person probably has several bottles (of two different scrips) either that he got filled himself or purchased from someone else. He may be making a profit but it sounds more likely that he just wants to get rid of them at "cost," due to circumstances ("somebody's coming"). Could be relatives, significant other, doubt it's cops (not that big of rush).
Or it could be anything (maybe he needs the money) and he's just saying someone's coming ... the point is that the person wants to unload them.
The price is about right for these "designer" drugs. Norcos and Vicodin go for about ten bucks per pill nowadays, Oxycontin a little more. Depends on area of country. Benzos are about the same price.
All drugs sold on street have nicknames, or code names, for example benzos are called "Keppies," Lortabs (Vicodin) are called "blues." You can google to find more. Again, depends on area when it comes to names.
This person normally sells them (or "dispenses" them) individually but, as I said, circumstances dictate that he sell the whole kit and caboodle. That is what is going on.

"I've approximately 480 little creatures of joy, and I'm selling each one for $20.00. You must buy all 480, though." It's hard to tell if the guy's giving a discount if you buy them all or not.
Is that what you (and maybe the nurse) were originally trying to say? And I maybe misunderstood you? Because you may be correct, although that process is a lot of trouble and requires some expertise and it seems weird that this particular guy would have time/inclination to do that, however it's completely possible.
Not saying emailer created pills but probably has a connection to the "manufacturer" with that kind of quantity or maybe a step down. It would be a large amount of pills to be in possession of
