I disagree. I think he is talking about photos of children. It makes more sense to buy a collection of photos than a collection of drugs.
EDIT: I remember one of the first discussions on here about this and I think most of the comments agreed to CP photos. I actually do not recall if anyone mentioned drugs, but I do remember kids being debated. It just didn't seem practical, so I would agree that it would NOT be kids.
This makes WAY more sense than photos. There's always a code name for the "candy" being offered.This is exactly how the upper end connected drug scene works. You know you have "clientele" that will take the lot because you know some have agendas that it would be useful for. Not all, but all know. Podesta happens to be on the email list. They're not on a street corner peddling.

Right. It is a high-end "virtual" street corner, with a lot of folks "driving by." Something like that.
